The Harring Bone silkscreen was inspired by my love of jazz and a dear friend who played the trombone. The bold, sweeping lines of the instrument are echoed in the vibrant colors, which were chosen to reflect the movement and fluidity of the music itself. Each layer of color mirrors the flow and energy of the trombone’s sound, capturing the rhythm and soulful expression that jazz evokes.
